Former heritage-listed combined dwelling and stable building

The historic combined dwelling and stable building at Scheibenweg 1 was constructed in 1871. The two-story building with a gabled roof, dormer, and surrounding wooden balcony still characterizes the rural nature of the property today.

Between 1920 and 1925, the building was renovated and extended. As a result, it combines the original rural architecture of the 19th century with the design additions of the early 20th century.

As a former combined dwelling and stable building, it documents a typical regional connection between living and agricultural use. The later alterations are part of its evolving architectural history and make its different developmental phases traceable to this day.
